  First time to this location, everything was going good until Van said I couldn’t exchange the camera lenses case I bought, that I can buy another product in order to swap out to the camera lenses that I wanted. Within same day I came back to return the camera lenses and that’s when he asked if I wanted the other lenses I wanted instead. Why bring that up after I want to return it? Be honest the first time instead of trying to get an additional sale. Overall an average experience. Opt to put the screen on yourself to save the $12 install fee, Wouldn’t come back unless I really need to, there are plenty of good similar products without the insane markup that zagg has.

  This was my first visit to the Southlake ZAGG store and the experience was excellent. I was there to get a warranty replacement on a glass screen protector that cracked during a drop. The staff was extremely friendly and nice. Catherine re-installed my screen protector and did a fantastic job. It is perfectly centered with no air bubbles or dust underneath. The staff at this location is extremely efficient. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. Thanks again for your help today.

  I dropped my brand new iPhone and was sure I had scratched the screen. A salesperson at AT&T advised me to go to ZAGG. They replaced the protective shield I had purchased with the phone; the actual screen of the phone was not damaged. This took about 5 mins, I was waited on immediately and the cost was unbelievably low. They also provide protective shields for the camera lenses, plus a large assortment of camera cases. I didn’t have to leave the phone nor was without it at all. It’s a great store and I will definitely go back if I damage my screen protector again. Nice to know a store like this exists!

  So, I have the case, and I recently bought a screen protector for my S23 Ultra phone. I got the XTR2 EcoCurve. Honestly, at this location, they were super friendly and extremely accommodating, even when I went back a couple of times after leaving to make sure all the bubbles and everything were taken out. They informed me really well, not just trying to make a sale or anything. I went here for a replacement, and they took care of me really, really well. If you all need a screen protector or a case, I highly recommend you check out this ZAGG location. Andrew and Daniel are really great, and they would be the best people to assist you. ZAGG, you need to give these guys a raise!
