Then the manager talked right past me to her employees behind me about scheduling a lunch break. I turned around and saw one guy standing behind me just looking into his phone. I was not acknowledged whatsoever during this entire time. Finally after a couple minutes he decides to ask me if I needed help. He gets my phone and I'm out the door a minute later. Instead of this taking a couple minutes, this process took nearly an hour. These employees seriously need basic customer service training, incredibly unprofessional people working here.
