    Told iphone 15 max pro had battery issues and front camera not working left product to be worked on and should be under warranty get called back an hour later saying its way worse then thought the battery was swollen and caused internal issues so phone was sent off now they trying to charge 100 saying its not under warranty crooks will never purchase apple products going forward

    The most rude, arrogant, self-centered retail sales personnel I have encountered in 66 years! The fact that Apple would hire such people to represent them to the public has convinced me to never buy Apple again.

    Not even a year with my new iPhone & it already failed! Things happen, but the way it was handled is what speaks volumes. Long story short my issue was not resolved in a timely manner. They wanted me to wait for them to get a part in that I was told in person they may have it the next day but then emailed a 3-5 day ETA. After waiting multiple days I showed up in person and politely expressed my issue of not having a phone during the holidays and needing it to communicate as I needed to travel. The gentleman informed me that they would contact me when the part arrived, simply just brushing me off and not giving me another option and making me wait without a phone. I had to pry to get told there are other locations that had the part in stock and I would not have to wait if went there. Why was I not told this days ago when I had already expressed my concerns and informed the employee that I will loose money the longer I don’t have a phone. I was provided terrible service at this location, and lost time and money because of their lack of care after spending xxxx amount on their phone that failed.
