The staff did not care what my issue was they were joking about not even being there mentally, looked like he was on drugs, figures. Typical energy for this store every time I come in they don't really care and do the bare minimum in this case setting up a phone call to ignore what I was saying and then hang up on me. I give up. I guess I'll sell my apple stuff and "go to Samsung or Pixel" as the employee at this store suggested to me while he was laughing. TERRIBLE.

only leaving two stars because the gentleman who helped me at first was helpful, attentive and informative and helped me trade my ipad in and get my son a new one due to a charging port issue. my problem was when i got to the transfer table and we were having problems getting everything transferred over. now i know im not the only person here and they have to attend other people but the first guy helping was going back and forth with me and other customers at table but his shift was over and another person which was a women came to the table and i was there for about 45 minutes at this point. she never came to help me out and im trying to get her attention but she’s only focused on one person who had just sat down. not sure if its because i was younger than the other customer but i tried to be patient for another 15 minutes still no help or acknowledgment like the other gentleman. so i just got up left and left behind the ipad o traded in and didn’t get the help i needed so now i am unaware of how ito set up my sons ipad who uses it for his speech impairment. i will definitely be going to another apple store after this where o can actually get helped and not ignored.

went there for a new watch today, the girl who helped us was very quick with the process. The only thing was she kept talking to my husband instead of me all the time even after several times being told that this watch is for me. I don’t understand why I got ignored and overlooked. Please train your employees properly regarding equality and show respect to women as well.

Do NOT get a battery replacement if you still want a working phone! Came for a battery replacement, and 1 week later the phone doesn't want to stay on for more than 3 minutes. Out a working iPhone 13 pro max, and $100 for a battery replacement. Spoke with the manager & technician which deny any wrong doing. Technician came off as very friendly, but acting manager at the time was very aggressive, and a bit of arrogance on the fact that denied any wrong doing on their part. iPhone was working perfectly fine before the battery replacement, just wasn't holding a long enough charge as I wanted. Was quoted $499 to send the phone in for repair (logic board), or a $70 credit for the device when I already spent $100 for a battery replacement... complete scam. How can a working iPhone go from perfectly usable to magically not working after a battery replacement not even 1 week in? Don't want to take accountability, saying their system showed fully working the day of the repair, but magically logic board not working 1 week later? If you are out of warranty and are thinking about extending your device with a battery replacement, don't do it.They won't take accountability, brick your device, and scam you out of $100 for a pointless battery replacement. You are better off selling your device with an aging battery, and using those funds to buy a different device. Submitted a formal complaint with Apple support. -Javier C.
