  I had a very frustrating experience at the Apple Store in Southlake, Texas. I had a 1:00 PM appointment, and when I arrived at 12:50, I checked in with an associate named Jan. He told me to go sit in the cubicle area and wait. I sat there until around 1:20 PM without anyone assisting me. When I finally asked another associate what was going on, I was told that I hadn’t been checked in at all. This was incredibly disappointing and a complete waste of my time. Jan should have done a better job ensuring I was properly checked in. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated issue. It seems like the overall Apple Store experience has been declining. Even with appointments, customers are often left waiting anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour. That defeats the whole purpose of scheduling a time in advance. Overall, not a good experience.

  Worst and rude staff. The moment the clock struck 8pm, he stopped helping me and said he’s outside of his work hours. And asked me to come back next day with a new appointment. I found that extremely unethical. End of the day you’re only there to service the customers, not waiting to run home. I work in a corporate company as well. If my manager asks me to stay and work, I do that. If he calls me on a weekend and ask me to check something I do. In our business customers are more than managers. They should do everything possible to make sure that we leave happy. We customers also have other things to do and we are not just trying to waste their time. These staffs should understand that.

  Great staff…. They know there stuff. But Parking !!!!! Absolutely horrible. Won’t go to this location again…

  Worst of the worst when it comes to service and just as bad if you are trying to spend your hard earned money on a new device! How is this store still open? The manager should be ashamed of himself for running this store so poorly! Won’t be back anytime soon, or maybe even ever.

  People are great, never an issue with the people. It is the Apple policies. Apple no longer supports the devices they sell. You drive an hour to get your product fixed to be told they dont fix devices there and it has to be sent out. Well why not just tell me that when i scheduled the appointment and save me the trouble. Then when you go to pay for the service you dont take Apple Pay!!! What is goind on with Apple?
