- JCjose carrilloAug 5, 20251.0No entiendo cómo pueden tener gente incompetente trabajando en este lugar, las personas que trabajan ahí no tienen idea de lo que hacen, en 2 mese me han desactivado 2 de mis líneas al ir a tratar de solucionar problemas, en una de ellas tuve que pagar por una sim card siendo que no fue mi culpa fueron los empleados quienes cancelaron mi línea y yo tuve que pagar otra vez por la línea, compramos el iPhone nuevo y nunca pudo funcionar fuimos a reclamar y cricket no quería hacerse cargo me decían que yo debía hablar a los de iPhone siendo que yo compré el celular en cricket no con iPhone, tengo años con cricket pero la verdad siento que es tiempo de llevarme mis 4 líneas a otra compañía que sea sería y profesional.

- JBJoann BrownMay 30, 20235.0Because of the staff. The only reason why I'm giving 5*s is because of the employees, Monica and Brandon. Been a customer for over 2yrs never really had a problem. Needed a new phone, decided to upgrade on the app, 2 weeks after paying my bill. To make a long and very frustrating story short. They was delivery my phone to the wrong address and told me they couldn't change the address. I told them to cancel the order. A week later my payment was refunded. A day later my service was disconnected saying I owed them a payment and $15 reconnection fee total of $110.+. After being hung up by customer service. I went to the local store for help. To make this story even shorter. After about 5days of them contacting customer service and getting hung up and disconnected, store mangers, and no clear reasonable answer to why my phone service was disconnected and I owed them money, the staff made sure my service was restored. Still needing a phone, they took care of me with that also. Thank y'all for all the effort y'all put into help me. Only because of y'all 😊
