    Went there to get help after wasting 2 hours the night before and 45 minutes the next day to be told by one of their workers in the store that they didn’t do customer service only sales while she literally looked like she rolled out of bed to the store. She was to busy playing on her personal phone trying to get signed in to an app. Worse service ever left there even more upset. The store was not busy…Still no attempt to help just st dial this number. Come on Verizon do better. . Love the response back from the owner… sorry but I have no future plans of going back there again after how horrible I was treated. I also reported to Verizon how awful your employee treated me.

    I went in with my Mom to get her phone either fixed or replaced and they told me they couldn't do it at that store so they sent me to Frisco's Samsung store so they could fix it or replaced it I was told the part wouldn't arrive within a week so that wasn't going to work for my Mom since she has my Dad in a nursing home and always have to be on the lookout if they call. So Samsung sends me to the Verizon in Frisco and they took care of replacing a new phone for my Mom so I get it in the mail and take it to the store so they can activate the phone and sure enough they can't do that either they tell me that the store in Frisco has to do it and all they did was turn the WiFi on and go through the activation process and sure enough worked talk about a drive and a hassle in just 2 days thank God I was off work and was able to help my Mom!

    They were super helpful and helped me get the phone I had been wanting for years now with no hiccups. Hunter was amazing and definitely would recommend people going there and having her help y'all set up a line or upgrade your phone. They are definitely worth checking out.
