- LDLinda DenningJan 28, 20222.0I bought a 1yr pro contract with them, I also purchased a new Samsung tablet from Best Buy not quite 6 months ago. I have only used the tablet maybe 4 times just to play a game. When I sat it up I used the same pin code as I did for my phone so it would be easy for me. About 3 weeks ago I tried to turn on the tablet and it said I was using wrong code. I first contacted geek squad by chat, was on line for an hour with girl telling me to do same thing over and over, I figured then something else was wrong. I took it to the store to geek squad. The guy that waited on me was extremely nice and tried so hard to fix it. After an hour and a half I asked if they could just replace it and he said they couldn't do anything, I would have to take it to a Samsung repair place. So my take on this is first, Beat Buy does not stand behind what they sell, and 2sd, if the geek squad doesn't know how to fix it your on your on! So what exactly did I pay for to begin with???
