Store refuses to honor price on shelf because they forgot to do their price change. If it is marked on sale on the shelf the store should honor that. Very rude manager saying it wasn't their fault the price was not changed. Someone in that store is responsible for changing prices. The cashier even knew it was priced wrong and the manager still refused.

Staff didn't know a lot about what they were selling. A little rude as well.

This Best Buy always gives me issues and are so rude for no reason. I went today to see if I could return a phone case and IMMEDIATELY Denny at the front shook his head saying it wasn’t possible. He had no information on when I bought it, if I had a warranty or anything. He explained the policy and said after 15 days there’s nothing he can do but I can go get a receipt to check the date. I then explained it’s an otter box case with a warranty and he said I can get a proof of purchase receipt and reach out to otter box. I went to customer service and explained to the worker the situation and he was looking it up for me. Denny then rushed over to make sure that we were NOT being given a refund and said “yeah I already spoke to them over there” and started explaining the policy again. I was getting my receipt just as he instructed and he was acting like I was trying to trick someone else into giving me a refund. I don’t understand how people like Denny have customer service jobs and are so ignorant to common service standards.
