Went through an issue with a car radio install that took a few months awhile back and ended up having to file a claim (Best Buy was at fault). Talked with the GM at the time and was so nice and patient and did everything he could to help out. Went back in a few days ago to find out there is a new GM, Cannon? Canon? Not sure how to spell his name. Just know that it might be helpful for that young man to get a refresher course in customer service. Did not seem to care at all about the issue and either lied right to my face OR does not actually know the difference between his responsibility/authority as a GM and Best Buy’s legal team. Hopefully he was just having a bad day and this is not how he treats other customers. I do not look forward to having to shop at Best Buy in the future.

This Store at best or Best Buy as a whole , does not back the products they sell. They conned me into buying their service plan for my second Lenovo, and still are trying to charge me for a device under factory warranty! Also Geek Squad rep and manager had the poorest attitudes I've encountered. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
Their response is circular and does not allow me to respond effectively.

Took my phone to Best Buy for a battery repair, where I was informed that my device would need to be sent to apple since my battery had started to expand, which makes sense, but that was almost 3 weeks ago!! I have not received any updates or information about my repair and it is next to impossible to get in contact with a person who actually works in the store instead of the service advisors who have little to no information either. I am
very frustrated with this, I have contacted apple but since the repair was sent from Best Buy they are supposed to be receiving any updates and have given me nothing. I was supposed to receive a call from them the other day and I still haven't heard anything back, I took my phone here to save myself the drive to the Apple Store but I'm seeing now that I was better off going there. Don't waste your time.

My parents went to Best Buy recently where they interacted with a man named Don. They were lied to about 10 percent off if approved for a credit card. I later found out it’s 10 percent back instead. Argument can be made that they should have read carefully but when someone purposely misleads you that’s essentially stealing and Best Buy corporation needs to take action if they want to be useful. Be warned they will lie since they see us as only numbers. Would rate zero if I could
