    I took my vacuum that was no longer sucking up materials and they took apart the bottom, removed all the dirt and dog hair and got things working in 15 minutes and then to make things even better, she didn’t charge anything for the service! And she showed me how to fix it myself next time! Thank you Dyson Service Center! Great customer service!

    Dyson’ Service Center hits a home Run! My experience was the benchmark on how I would like to be treated as a customer with a problem. My six year old vacuum stopped working, so I sent it in (postage pre-paid) for repair. Within days I get a call from Elvis who explains the problem and due to being four years out of warranty the bad news ($90 to repair). What made my day was that he had already spoken to his manager and was able to offer me a new vacuum cleaner at a 20% discount. Thankfully Elvis was in the building….I spent nothing on the old machine, bought a new one at a great price and didn’t have my time wasted. Almost as good as it gets. THANK YOU DYSON!

    Elvis was super helpful and knowledgeable about my vacuum. The head had completely broken off and I thought I had to throw the vacuum away. Called the store and come to find out, the vacuum head was under warranty due to a manufacture defect. Elvis replaced the head within minutes. Definitely didnt want to throw away a $500 vacuum. Thank you Elvis.
