When he got done he asks what can he help us with and my husband said to upgrade our phones. Home boy was being a little rude telling us he didn’t have the new iPhones. Maybe he wasn’t being rude but he can change his tone when talking to customers because the next time he will probably talk to someone in the same tone like us to someone who won’t take it lightly.

Elizabeth and Mireya were both amazing in helping me get my upgrade, there were some issues though it wasn’t their fault, but they went above and beyond to get the issues solved and everything taken care of. I couldn’t be more pleased with their level of customer service, employees like them are hard to find and that store is blessed to have them there!
