  Customer service amazing. Coming from Lubbock, this speaking volumes. Hugo was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond my every need. He was very polite and even brought smiles to my face. I felt like he was an old friend and I was there visiting. I cannot say enough positive words regarding my experience at this location. I was not a number or a next sell for him. He broke down what the Lubbock location was promising but did not however deliver. Over all, Hugo deserves 10 plus gold stars. Even though it was well after 6:30 pm, he still met me w great customer service. Extremely impressed and over all satisfied even after 2 hours of dealing with my mess and not making a sell, he went above and beyond!
