Then I spent over two hours between Verizon and fed ex trying to fix this problem because one says the other has to fix it , then this merchant put so many restrictions I can’t even pick up the damn item! Not to mention I got a text from some one “from Verizon” I was unsure so I called this store and the guy who answered said yes that’s valid click the link and select the item to apply your points on! It was a damn scam! I bet the tech who told me that was in on it !! Worst experience ever!
