  Generally not a fan of these stores but this was a VERY pleasant experience and Kevin did an awesome job getting us switched over from AT&T (aka El Diablo lol)… We’re cautiously optimistic but the honeymoon is so far going well and we saved 50/month with brand new phones we didn’t really want? Really enjoyed Emily’s surprise human phone call following up about discounts. Time will tell—I guess we have 3 years to get to know each other now that we’re married. 😜

  Went twice. First time I felt like I was being a bit snowed. Went back and Kevin helped me. He was patient, re-explained when I asked him and I didn't feel like I was being oversold or pushed.

  I switched carriers to att due to the outage an entire day with no service, my bills coming out to 100+ monthly and constantly not having service. my phone was always in sos I had enough and switched. I have nothing but bad experiences with Verizon. Worst Mobile company ever. I stepped into this location waited an hour just for them to tell me I didn’t have a balance due, and in order for me to pay anything due I need to call the support line because they couldn’t take any payments in store or provide me any last statements. My first call to them was to disconnect my watch line, they refused to disconnect until I paid it off which I explained I didn’t have the funds to pay it off right now but to avoid further charges or accumulate more of a bill I wanted to disconnect it. Rep said they couldn’t. I asked “so what if I don’t pay it all you’re just going to keep it on forever?” He responded “ yes the bill would accumulate until you formally requested to disconnect the line.” I responded Um hello?! Is that not what I’m asking for here?” he refused until I asked for a supervisor. I finally was able to get my line disconnected after an hour on the phone. Second call, I paid off both my devices in full and asked for an email receipt the lady said she would send that over no problem. Next day I still have yet to receive my receipt. I call for a 3rd time and all I asked for was a receipt for my payoff. Verizon refuses to send me one i explained multiple times I don’t have access to my old address to receive my final statement I asked them to email me one. They explained they don’t send or give receipts. I’m being told I need to combine my last bill statement and my payment history to use as a receipt neither of which show my devices are paid off or that my lines are disconnected. Verizon is quick to send me a bill and a text message threatening to send my due balance to collections if I disconnect my lines and transfer carriers but won’t give a receipt for my payment!?! Save yourself from this company. I’ve had better customer service experiences with metro pcs.
