I live 45 minutes away, this is the closest Best Buy to my house. Because of traffic I was 5 minutes late for an appointment to drop off my headphones for repair. It wasn’t even for an in-house repair, all they’re going to do it send them off to Apple anyway, yet they force a reschedule. 100% do not recommend, their customer service skills are entirely nonexistent.
