I just left the store at the Forum and I approached 4 employees for help and didn't receive anything but pointing in the direction of where to find a charger. The store was not that busy. I am not happy with this customer service.

Asked an employee about some headphones and was given the run around for a couple minutes then someone finally opened the case to check the price on them. Scanned the QR code and they were less. The employee acted like I was waisting their time and then tried to uncharted on protection plans.

The guy at the online pickup was super helpful. However the guy working the door was wearing so much deodorant spray/cologne that it made it hard to browse the products. You could seriously smell it from outside the store as soon as the doors slid open. I was going to look at appliances but couldn’t breathe, so I picked up my order and left.

I have been going to the store since 9.1.2025 to have my phone repaired by geek squad. I purchased the 2 year warranty on my my phone in 2023. The warranty expired on 9.7.2025. They were having problems processing the warranty issue. They said they would call me when the warranty was able to be processed. That it was a back end communication issue with best buy. I was told the Manager would call me. He never did. Thankfully I had the associate print out a receipt from my warranty encounter with all the information and processing numbers. Because no one can seem to find it otherwise. I have revisited the store. Chatted online and called. Still no help. Not fulfilling a warranty violates law. It looks as if I have to send letters to the state and go through that process to report. Thankfully I have receipts and screenshots. Come to find out they are switching warranty companies. Selling a warranty and not fulfilling it is negligent, fraudulent and a scam. It's highly illegal. This has been a horrible experience and I have been loyal to Best Buy for years. The stress this has caused... phones are expensive. This is why I purchase the warranty. I guess my money is going to go elsewhere. Andrew is the name on the sheet of paper they gave me. I'm not sure if that's the manager's name or the associates name. I wish I could post all of my receipts here. What a disgrace. Shame on you best buy and geek squad. If this isn't resolved immediately, I'll be filing with the state's process.
