  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Experience at Best Buy Fernando in the computer section is an absolute rockstar. I came in knowing nothing about laptops or computer specs, but I did know what I needed the laptop to be capable of running. I explained the software I use and the performance requirements it needs, and the moment I started describing those specs, Fernando immediately knew exactly what to look for. He broke everything down in a way that actually made sense, explained processors, performance, and compatibility without talking over my head, and showed me multiple options. He compared models, pointed out which ones were on sale, and helped me weigh the pros and cons so I could make the best decision without overspending. His knowledge, patience, and professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I never once felt rushed or pressured, just genuinely helped. If you’re looking to buy a laptop, computer, or really any electronics and want someone who actually knows their stuff and cares about getting you the right product, Fernando is your guy. Huge thanks to him for an awesome experience.

  I like how clean and neat the store is whenever I come in. Plenty of options to choose from when it comes to the latest tech, and an associate is never too far away for help. Sam, the cashier was helping me return some purchases. I made a couple weeks ago and it was such a pleasant interaction. He did a really great job and made that experience one of the reasons why I keep coming back to this Best Buy.

  Es el mejor lugar para encontrar novedades en electrónica, videojuegos, sólo por estas fechas de navidad, puede que no encuentres mercancía, el joven que nos atendiendo nos ofreció mercancía que le llaman "open box" con un menor costo pero en excelente condición 🤗

  I was so impressed with the service I received from Aden (Geek Squad). He was extremely patient with my many questions. Never once did he show frustration or annoyance with me. So often young people tire with the confusion/questions older people have with today’s technology. But not Aden, he educated me on the do’s & don’t regarding computer upkeep. Heck, he even searched & found the correct battery to purchase for my laptop…and then text me all the information/picture. And when I accidently deleted the text & had to return for him to search & resend it; he just smiled & responded, “No problem at all Ma’am”. Now that’s exceptional customer service…with a smile. Thank you so much for hiring such an awesome employee! And thank you Aden, my laptop is working just fine after you replaced the battery :- )

  This review isn't for Best Buy because I honestly loathe Best Buy with every ounce of blood in me. This store in particular has had some completely incompetent management over the years. They probably still do, however, this review is just to highlight Riley. Riley was so sweet and super helpful while I was in the store yesterday. I didn't end up buying anything yesterday as they didn't have what I needed in stock but her customer service skills were top notch and should be recognized accordingly. Also, there was a guy that was working in the computer components area that smelled like b.a.l.l.s. Best Buy management should probably address that as myself and three other customers all were gagging after he walked by.
