Left the Verizon store in New Braunfels near Buc-ees the other night frustrated after getting misinformation. Well, working with Dustin at this location was a night and day difference! Dustin was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding. He absolutely went above and beyond to get our situation sorted. We left accomplishing what we went after, with a new phone, lower bill, and a refreshed spirit for exceptional customer service.

In fact they told me I should just probably come in and look around After I told him I was too far away they just said no they didn't have what I needed.
