    Danny at the San Marcos location was amazing! He handled everything so quickly and really kept the customer in mind. He was able to get us in and out the door within 45 minutes with an entirely brand new plan and new phones. We are new customers coming from T-Mobile and with Danny’s help we have better, newer phones, better service, and our bill is now over $200 cheaper EVERY month. Bye T-Mobile!

    I went in today with a very challenging situation trying to activate a phone. After being on the phone with 2 different customer service reps on the phone taking almost 2 hours of time my time because we had a weird situation, I finally went into the store. Edwin helped very kindly and patiently work through the issue and very shortly afterward the phone was activated and we were on our way. I wish I had just gone into the store in the first place! Thank you so much for your kindness and your help!

    Horrible service! We walked in needing to replace a broken phone, NO ONE gave us time of day! They even mumbled under there breath, "I have to help these annoying people here!" Awful! Unprofessional!
