He was able to get us in and out the door within 45 minutes with an entirely brand new plan and new phones. We are new customers coming from T-Mobile and with Danny’s help we have better, newer phones, better service, and our bill is now over $200 cheaper EVERY month. Bye T-Mobile!

After being on the phone with 2 different customer service reps on the phone taking almost 2 hours of time my time because we had a weird situation, I finally went into the store. Edwin helped very kindly and patiently work through the issue and very shortly afterward the phone was activated and we were on our way. I wish I had just gone into the store in the first place! Thank you so much for your kindness and your help!
