He did a beautiful job juggling an unusual rush and keeping such a genuine, pleasant attitude. He ended up getting me a much needed upgrade on my phone with my bill only going up $1 a month! Thanks so much, Eduardo! No more rocking the smashed up and cracked iPhone 12- I’m walking out with a brand new phone and a great start to my day.

But I guess it’s in their best interest to sell the more expensive one. Also asked for a certain color Apple Watch, he said he would check, comes back with the watch and doesn’t tell me it’s a different color. And I don’t notice either of these until I’m home. I called and they take no responsibility, said I should pay more attention. Just complete your order at another store or online because they are just trying to get commission by lying and cheating their customers.
