He knows a lot about computers and he’s the nicest guy. He genuinely cared about the requirements i needed for my laptop. He’s amazing and i so recommend the GEEK SQUAD. Specifically ask for KHILEEEEE

Worse, I thought everything was being backed up on One Drive but it wasn't. I showed up at Best Buy waiting for the doors to open. They were understanding and took the laptop to the back to check the hard drive and make sure the files were still there. They copied everything on to a flash drive and then reinstalled the operating system and put my files back. The computer was ready for pick up that evening. I am forever grateful to the team at the San Marcos location. From them moment I approached the counter to returning to pick it up, I got exactly what I had hoped for and knew the Geek Squad would deliver. I am forever grateful to them. They are the best!
