I sat at this location for over an hour and still did not get my problem solved. Rather, I was over-charged for services I had already paid for.
The counter guy, Nova - shown in a foto in another complaint here - showed little concern. He gave me hateful looks, kept walking off to assist others.
Offered no real help or assistance with clearly a problem on the Cricket service end. Instead, I was forced to pay 10- more as he kept saying I owed a 5- late even though I showed him on my phone that I paid in time. He could care less and walked away from me. He was not interested in looking into and resolving the issue, rather than forcing me to pay and have me gone.
After I paid the 5 extra dollars, my phone still wasn't on. He said I owed 5- more. Are you kidding me!!!!!?
I had to pay it as again, he kept walking off not wanting to do the research.
Clearly this was a glitch.
He made me feel extremely uncomfortable as he would walk off to take care of others, come back to me, still not addressing my issue, walk off again and again. That is why I was there for so long.
He would be talking to me and then suddenly someone else. This guy sucks, plain and simple.
I watched as he gave discounts to others, was extremely friendly and accommodating.
However, Nova turned into a different person dealing with me, which was poor in the first place.
I am posting fotos from Saturday when my bill was paid ON TIME, and the following Sunday where I was charged extra.
My monthly bill has always been 38- for several years. Being forced to pay 10- more with no explanation, research or care shows how bad Cricket has become over the years.
As soon as I can, I am switching service.
P.S. There was rap music blasting in the store and two kids running all over the place, screaming and out of control. I dealt with this for more than 20 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Nova and the father of the kids walked directly behind me to these speakers and without warning, on full blast, turned the rap music on. The noise was pure chaos, yet, they were looking at me as if I were the problem when I moved away to the entrance to get away from the blasting speaker and shrilly kids.
