  Ok so to start off with I was "helped" by Natalia to purchase a phone and phone plan and shortly after I had issues with my phone being what I thought was hacked I went back in and was helped" by Anali and other employees at this location and ended up having to come back due to my phone being reported stolen and lock by the service provider I didn't know this at the time I just wanted a return and refund and they told me no because I was on day 8 of my receipt and 7 is apparently the limit for returns. They did not tell me my phone was locked or reported stolen or anything like that. I've always paid my bills on time and payed in full for my devices. Today not only is the phone I purchased from this location but all of my cricket devices are reported stolen and locked and not by me I might add so something is very wrong here.

  Never come to cricket guys worst if this person is on service i came to pay my internet plan because they say cricket is the best and this is the second time this guy comes with a lot of non sense and doesn't let me pay my Internet bill like if i don't need it to work .....we all together should make cricket gets closed because he is not the only rude and bad employee there more ..

  Had a great experience. Raul was very knowledgeable and catered to what I was looking for. If you want staff that looks out for your interests, come to this Cricket location.

  Raul was extremely helpful and helped me set up 4 phones on a family plan at the end of the day. Helped me get cases and screen protectors and a power essentials pack. I will definitely be coming back. If your looking for beyond average service roll on over.
