Terrible experience how they handled pokemon card release day today. I knew that I would get one due to how much they have. When the store opened, it was one long line but an employee who was African I think let someone behind me who was in line get an ETB even though I was there before here. Very disappointed, y'all should know better.

Terrible experience with a defective Corsair RM850x PSU – zero help from store management.
Purchased a Corsair RM850x power supply in-store. It failed shortly after installation. Assuming it was a rare fluke, I exchanged it for a new one. Just 17 days later, the replacement failed in the exact same way.
When I returned to the store for help, the General Manager (who was already at the register) flatly told me "there's nothing he could do" and refused any further exchange or refund. This was well outside the standard return window, but for two consecutive defective units, I expected some flexibility or assistance – especially since Corsair products typically have strong manufacturer warranties that retailers often help facilitate.
Instead, I wasted time driving through traffic both ways, waiting in long lines, and dealing with unhelpful staff. I chose to shop in-person at Best Buy (and pay full price) over the convenience of Amazon specifically for better local support. Big mistake.
Extremely frustrated and disappointed. I've been a longtime customer, but this rigid, unsympathetic handling of clear product defects has lost my business for good.

People may say what they want about “the store” , not here for that. Here because Dylan, hope I’m spelling her name right, is a true 1 in a million!!!! If not more!! How corporate hasn’t seen her skills and promoted her to the tippy top is beyond me. I came here a little over a year ago and she helped me solve a very difficult problem with so much ease, grace and kindness. I just came back today for the first time since the last time I saw her and she was still there, with the same brilliant customer service. I wish I could steal her away from this place and have her work for my company. Only left five stars cause it wouldn’t let me leave 10. I really hope this company knows what they have in this employee. Thank you, Dylan. You are phenomenal at what you do.🙏🙏
