My daughter went for her first time ever purchase to best buy and gotten a broken monitor and was told she broke it intentionally and paid way over 200 , so I went back with my daughter cause I felt like she just got robbed from best buy and went to talk to manger and tried to get warranty was told we weren't able to from the manager staci at the best buy in San Marcos which was a lie cause the receipts said we had to January 15th after purchase to get warranty.
And corporate helped us get a new one right away.I would not recommend san marcus best.Buy go to new braunfel

Second time this shit has happened only at the San Marcos location. I never have an issue anywhere else I travel for work. I ordered a TV and paid with Apple Pay I was told that it would take an hour to pick up come to find out. They put a hold on it for a identity verification so I waited five hours and then called back and the guy on the phone told me that I needed to email Apple Pay to have them send me a verification request so that I could verify my payment. I have never had that happen to me before And not one single purchase at any store for any amount of money sure enough I call the Best Buy in Houston and they told me that they should’ve been able to do a manual identity verification even though the guy on the phone told me that they couldn’t.

I went in and all I needed was to buy a mouse. I am not an expert in looking for things so I wandered aimlessly for about 15 minutes before I finally found what I needed. No one came up to me to ask if I needed help, and I couldn’t even find anyone to ask. They had a small selection and they had what I wanted but in the wrong color. I went to go check out and I told him I wanted this mouse but in black. He said he’d be right back with the right one, and he came back, scanned it and threw it in the bag. Fortunately I didn’t open it for 3 more days (sarcastic by the way) as when I went to use it I noticed that it was in fact not the mouse I wanted. No one in this Best Buy was helpful or knowledgable it seemed. I appreciate the guy going back to grab what I had asked for, but him grabbing the wrong one just caused a lot of unnecessary time for me to go back and get another one.

I had an experience yesterday in the san marcos store. Their store manager’s name is Nick. He told me he knew nothing about the product. I was trying to purchase. He was also very rude. I explained to him that I stopped two of his employees and asked them for assistance and he told me they were busy with other customers I said no sure they were not busy with other customers they were walking around. He argued with me and told me I was wrong. I was always taught customers always write make them happy and they will continue Customer. Write your check. So I guess apparently Nick believes in a different work Ethic. Needless to say, I called Customer Service and reported Nick and they don’t even have nobody that will follow up with you and call you and check on you to try to make things right so no worries Nick I won’t be back in your store and neither of my family
