  The worst service for opening lines here. Was charged wrong and had to pay cash due to the associates not processing the transaction correctly. Then the next day our service was shut off and had to go into another store to get our Sim/phone fixed due to this store messing up the account. Worse experience in 20 years with any cell phone provider.

  Horrible service. They messed up my transaction twice with Progressive. Then when a activating my phones, after telling them to take their time, they still messed up the activation. They put cash instead of debit and then they told me to send the money via Cashapp and they would put the money in the register. When I asked if they could redo the transaction the two girls called their manager and he said no that I could either go get the money or send it via cash app. Definitely never ,coming to the store again. On top of everything they charged me for things I never asked for.
