  America and Janette are the worse they tell you Activation is waived and on the way out they say by the way here is a free speaker, and when you look at the receipt they charged you for the “free speaker.” 1-800-cricket says that is a scam they need to refund your money but they don’t. The dumbest resolution given by America was ,“we will take the speaker back but not return the money to you” ,they claim because the only way they can waive activation is to “bundle”. It’s giving con-artist, and this is not their first time! CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS AT THE STORE PEOPLE!!!

  They scam people to think they received a free accessories but when you look at your receipt it shows they charged you.then if you try and take it back they tell you that they will take the accessories back but won't return your money back.

  Disappointing. I went in to switch from AT&T to the Cricket $30 plan and was told I HAD to get the $50 plan first and then come back the next day to switch to the $30 plan! I asked why and the lady said it was policy. WHAT?!!! They were inflexible. Talk about losing business. I then went to another Cicket store and got what I wanted. No questions asked.
