  Our dog was sick and Erin made sure she would be seen asap. Dr. Beauchamp diagnosed and my dog was given medicine that helped right away. Lucy was there to take the info and assist Dr. Beauchamp. We would not go anywhere else or trust anyone else with our fur baby’s care. They are always gentle and everyone on staff is so nice- from the minute we walk in the door until our concerns are addressed. Well visits are also done with great care.

  I'm an Aussie and I lived in SATX for a few years where I adopted a dog from the shelter. When the time came to return to Australia, I had to follow a very specific and structured process to bring my dog, Celeste, home. Firstly, I needed a USDA Government Accredited Veterinarian and this is where I found Dr Wick. Dr Wick worked with myself and Celeste for about a year in completing Celestes pre export requirements and documentations... a lot of these requirements including tests, scans, vaccinations, liaising with third party laboratories and biosecurity officials in order to obtain a health certificate approved for travel to Aus. Australia has extremely strict biosecurity/import laws and requirements which need to be followed in specific ways. This process takes about 8-10 months in total and can be extremely stressful. I am so grateful I found Dr Wick because not only was she a USDA Accreded Veterinarian but she is educated on canine export to Australia. If you mess up or get dates wrong or specific treatments on incorrect dates then the dog will be either euthanized or sent back to the export country. So Dr Wick worked with me to make sure we were perfectly punctual for every appointment, every test, every scan, EVERYTHING! Talk about stressful right?! Thank gosh for Dr Wick and the team over at Leon Springs. Celeste spent 10 days in post entry quarantine when she arrived in Australia and I received notification that all her documentation was in compliance. What a relief! So THANK YOU Dr Wick. Celeste and I are forever grateful for you and thank you so much for helping me navigate this strict and difficult process so I could bring my best friend home with me. We appreciate you. Here are some photos of Celeste now in Australia... it has only been about 30hrs since I picked her up but she is settling in quite nicely. Just wait till she meets a Kangaroo!   As a new client, me and my furbaby are beyond impressed with the staff here in Leon Springs. My voice has never truly been heard at previous vets, and that is different here! Even through health scares every staff member has made both me and my girl feel welcome and taken care of. So beyond impressed with the clinic here, and I feel my dog is in great hands. - M. & A.
