- KLKelsey LyonApr 2, 20261.0We took our cat in for concerns with weight gain and behavioral issues. The dr did a brief exam and stated “he’s just fat, I didn’t feel anything hard or lumps” no offer of any blood work or imaging. We expressed concerns about the sudden weight gain and his belly was protruding outward: not normal uniform weight gain. His behavior didn’t make sense with anxiety. We went to a different vet for a second opinion and turns out he has fluid collecting into his abdomen. I don’t recommend a vet that ignores the concerns of a pet owner and does a half assed exam.

The vet technicians are super nice and sweet. Might I also add that they also provide coffee & snacks. Their hot chocolate is pretty good too lol.

When asked the front desk, we’re told that they have a more acute patient that came in and not sure when they will get to us. Poor customer service and cost me a day of work just to be there. Prior to the appointment, multiple texts were send as a reminder and responded confirming both times. Will not go back and will cancel the care club membership
