  Excellent service and compassion shown to my cat Asfar. We had to rush him in for a severe kidney disease relapse he was having and Dr Robert Gutierrez helped him to survive this life threatening situation. The entire staff took Excellent care of him and he is happy and still with because of this facility. I love VCA veterinary hospital. Thank you for taking Excellent care of Asfar the tabby cat 🐈 😻.

  I am so blessed for this hospital and for the Angels that works there. I had such a wonderful and warm experience at the animal hospital, and I especially want to recognize Jen Sells, who was absolutely amazing. We took in an abandoned puppy and for us this is new. We only have cats. However, she went above and beyond to help us, showing so much compassion, knowledge, and genuine care for both us and our pet. Jen took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. Her kindness and professionalism truly made a difference in our experience. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only great at what they do but also such a blessing. Jen is exactly that person. We are so grateful for her and the entire team at the animal hospital. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care for their pets.

  VCA Becker was so incredibly kind in our time of need. They had never met our elder boy before, but we needed to put him down due to major health concerns. They fit us in and were so compassionate and gentle to our pup and our family. They cared for him like they’d known him since he was a pup. We now I tend to use them for all of our pet needs. Thank you for being so kind and caring. It meant the world to us and made a difficult time so much gentler.

  I cannot express how awful the service was. I took in 3 kittens for bleeding out of nose, mouth, and stool. The doctor WAS NOT thorough at all. Didn't even check their bottoms or mouths. Simply said their nose was irritated, then said they were fine and did nothing else. Couple days later one of the kittens gets worse and passed away last night. Rest of kittens are still having the same issue's and seem to be looking the same as the last one when it passed. The kitten was SUFFERING FOR DAYS until its passing. I did everything on my part to get the kitten all the help it needed by taking it to the vet but they did not do all they should've to save the baby. When I complained to the service they said they'd call to "help" never heard anything back and by the time it was already too late. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! TAKE YOUR PETS SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE!!!

  I brought Lexi in yesterday after seeing her primary vet the day before. Lexi was an older dog, and we had just learned she had a large mass in or on her bladder, along with significant bladder enlargement. The VCA ER team confirmed the same findings and took the time to walk me through everything with compassion and honesty. Lexi had not been eating well for several days—almost a week—and had been consistently leaking urine for about two weeks. What initially seemed like a UTI turned out to be much more serious, as the mass was preventing her from properly emptying her bladder. It became clear that euthanasia was the most humane option to prevent further suffering. Dr. Arrington and his entire team were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding during one of the hardest moments of my life. I was heartbroken and overwhelmed, but their compassion truly made a difference. They treated Lexi with dignity and gave me the support I needed through such a painful experience. I am so grateful for their care and would highly recommend this ER to anyone needing urgent veterinary services. Thank you for making such a devastating day a little more bearable. I miss Lexi SO much..
