  They only had one worker there to take customers. A line of 5 people had formed and the worker, Josh came over and asked who had appointments. All of us expect 1 lady had appointments. The lady at the front of the line did not have an appointment and was told she would have to wait as appointments have priority. Josh then arranged us in appointment order. At this point the walk in was throwing a fit and using every excuse in the book to get taken care of. At first Josh stood his ground and explained the rules and told her to make an appointment and come back at that time or continue to wait. Eventually he gave in ant took her so now I waited 2 hours with an appointment because Josh decided she was more important than my appointment.

  This has been the worst customer experience I’ve had in the last 10 years. When I asked for help, I was given incomplete information and had to repeatedly follow up just to understand my options and the services I actually needed. I was never informed that an appointment was required. When I specifically asked about the process, I was simply told to come in and that everything would be fixed, which turned out to be inaccurate and a waste of my time. Overall, the lack of clear communication and guidance made the entire experience unnecessarily frustrating.

  $150 for them to even look at an issue, most overpriced IT I've ever seen!!
