  A third party repair shop totally bricked my phone (when all it needed was a new battery), but I brought it into Geek Squad and Gabriel managed to miraculously revive it just long enough to back everything up. As soon as he was done, it died again. I think Gabriel might be the Jesus of phones?

  The driver of vehicle #28494 was driving extremely recklessly, tailgating me, inches away from my vehicle at stop sign, as i inched forward he got EVEN closer. I tried to call to express my concern with this driver but kept getting hung up on. Very unprofessional and why would I trust these people with my electronics when they can't even drive respectfully?

  Went in to store to pick up $400 dollars worth of car stereo equipment, the pushy and in a hurry clerk said they didn't' have a metra installation kit on hand but could have one shipped to me. Cool did that but was sent a box with an opened metra bag in it with parts from God only knows how many install kits which none fit my car or stereo. Took this mess back to the store and tried to remedy the situation the customer service attendant was no help and says now the bracket was obsolete and could not get one at all locating another one, never bothered to even call another store to see if they had one and asked if actually looked me in the eye and asked if their was anything else in the store I wanted to use my credit on for this piece of junk they sold me. Will never do business with this company again in any way, stuff is overpriced and salesmen don't know anything about their products. Would have given 0 stars if I could.
