  Do not trade your phone here. I upgraded mine and my old phone was never bought out or returned they just kept it so now I owe 300 more and out of a phone

  Melissa was absolutely amazing! She was very patient as we were trying to figure out why my father was paying for extra phone lines (he got his new phone and plan from a different store) and was no longer getting a paper bill. She was patient, kind, efficient, and very effective at getting him what he needed. We are so grateful to her and her team, and highly recommend driving past other locations to go to this one!

  I came in and the staff were very kind and helpful. I drove here from another store because they were not kind. It was worth the extra time. I was able to get a new phone and no problems transferring everything over to my new phone. Thank you guys!

  Went in to upgrade my iphone. I was quickly approached by Abby and she did an amazing job explaining the upgrade process. It was super seamless and with no hassle at all. She helped set up the phone and transfer everything from my old phone. She was super sweet and very nice to talk to. Overall a great experience.
