She was very patient as we were trying to figure out why my father was paying for extra phone lines (he got his new phone and plan from a different store) and was no longer getting a paper bill. She was patient, kind, efficient, and very effective at getting him what he needed. We are so grateful to her and her team, and highly recommend driving past other locations to go to this one!

She helped set up the phone and transfer everything from my old phone. She was super sweet and very nice to talk to. Overall a great experience.
