    I ordered headphones online and it said it was available at this location by 8pm,i called customer service to confirm they were there and they told me they confirmed with the store manager the order was ready, I get there and the business is completely closed. This is my fourth time trying to use this gift card, Verizon doesn't honor promotions without a fight and then they make it so hard to use them.

    This store is a total scam! Please go to ANY other location! I was there Sunday Nov. 30th around 2pm to pick up a phone that was ordered by customer service. Customer service put in an order to pick up the phone from a store employee, and not from the self check out locker so that they can help me transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone. They were also supposed to help swap phone numbers from old phone to new phone because I opened a new line (old phone was going to be for new line) The store had 0 customers and a bunch of employees standing around talking. The only female employee that was there was told to help me. I did not catch her name, but she had no customer service skills whatsoever and was very rude! She supposedly ported my phone line to the new phone but refused to help transfer all my data from my old phone to the new one. She said if she helped she would have to charge me $29.99!!!! She quickly got up and walked away when I refused to pay. That is completely ridiculous and I have never heard of being charged to do this with ANY other phone company! That was literally the reason why I was told to pick up the phone in the store! Mind you this store isn’t anywhere near my house! The store had no other customers, she had so much time to help me. She didn’t even attempt to ask a manager! When I got back home, to my surprise that employee didn’t even port the numbers correctly and I had no phone service to one of the phones! I had to contact customer support and was on the phone for literally 2 hours trying to get my line working! Customer service advised me to make a complaint about this store and how poorly I was treated. She also said they were not allowed to be charging people to assist in transferring data to new phones purchased in their store! I will never step foot at this location again, and wouldn’t recommend it to ANYONE! It’s pretty sad that I’ve been with Verizon for many years, and the first time actually going into a store I receive such horrible customer service smh. Side note, customer support was unable to get the line working and I was told I had to go back to the store 🤦‍♀️ it will NOT be this location though!

    I canceled this trash internet service, returned the device just like I was told, and somehow you still charged me for another month. This is completely unacceptable. I’m done dealing with this bullshit — fix the mistake and refund my money immediately.

    I normally don’t leave bad reviews but what we just experienced needed to be addressed. I wanted to exchange my iPhone for a newer one and this store happened to have the last one in the color I wanted. We drove 30 minutes just to snag it before it was gone. And It’s so unfortunate to arrive and have the employee, Craig, with the worst attitude. He was very unprofessional and lacked customer service! It felt like we were an inconvenience to him. We just switched to Verizon from AT&T and this is how we get treated?! Not cool.

    LOVE everything thing that Joshua R did for me. And just talking to him and his co workers like we were already friends for awhile lol but helped me get a phone that is way better
