- CSCris Salinas1 day ago1.0I normally don’t leave bad reviews but what we just experienced needed to be addressed. I wanted to exchange my iPhone for a newer one and this store happened to have the last one in the color I wanted. We drove 30 minutes just to snag it before it was gone. And It’s so unfortunate to arrive and have the employee, Craig, with the worst attitude. He was very unprofessional and lacked customer service! It felt like we were an inconvenience to him. We just switched to Verizon from AT&T and this is how we get treated?! Not cool.

The employees were very rude on Saturday 08/02/2025, I received an email telling me to pick up my phone and when I got there, I was told to check in and I did, the assistant manager Carlos stated that my order was not ready, why would I get an email stating that the order was ready but it wasn't, they were really rude at this store, the La Canterra the employee finally came out and handed me the bag with phone in it no explanation of what to do I had to ask what to do, I was really tired I had spent all day between Verizon and Spectrum. I went back to Verizon on Saturday 08/03/2025 and the employee there at Huebner Oaks was rude on Saturday not the young that worked there she was very nice she tried everything she could to help me at the Heubner Oaks store. I had to end up going back to the LaCanterra store for them to find out what the problem was with the phone, not only did I waste time but gas as well. I feel that I could talk to someone in the corporate office about this, it was very upsetting to me.
