  My Verizon rep Josh Evans was very helpful in showing me my options as well as new service plans that Verizon offered. Showed me several phones and let me pick the best one for my needs. He transferred all information from one phone to the new phone and answered all of my questions professionally. Excellent job!

  Today I went into Verizon to see about why my monthly bill hadn’t changed after paying off my phone. I was greeted at the door by a gentleman by the name of Josh Evans, who said he would help me and help me he did. I’ve never met a finer young man much less as salesman that took so much time he ended up selling me a new phone, which I really liked help me get it all set up went through time after time because I don’t have a lot of experience with technical things when I was in Fort Worth. I had Verizon Internet in my apartment down here in San Antonio we have AT&T. I’m going to convince my family to fit from AT&T to Verizon Internet because of his salesmanship and personality in an extremely bright young man and you have a very valuable employee, thank you Verizon for all your help John Hill

  Man let me tell you how Lucky I am to have Josh Evans as my guy. I recently suspended my son line and device was on the lost list. Josh told me the steps to fix the issue but was not in office at the time. I called customer services they wanted to just sell me another phone. After getting this one in the summer. Told them I’ll take it to Josh and they said he wouldn’t be able to get it off the list. Came in this morning Josh got it done in 20 minutes. He the best in the business. I drive from De Zavala location just to work with Josh. You’ll want this guy as your Verizon rep trust me

  I have been with Verizon for many, many years and I have not had a salesman quite like Josh. He goes way beyond what one would expect a salesman to do. He is very professional, personable, honest and just all around a great guy. We followed him from his previous store to Bandera even though it is out of our way. We are in our late 70’s and need more help than most and Josh has never hesitated to help us. He even answers his phone when he is at home not working. Who else does that!!!! What a wonderful man. We just bought a new phone from him. In October and he helped us learn the new ins and outs of this new phone.. We appreciate his work ethic ….. dedication to his customers .
