However, its very difficult to get a hold of someone there. Alex the representative was very helpful. So far I have barely used my phone. The store reps are good but the Verizon customer service online agents are hopeless and the connection is not so good either. Verizon needs to really up its customer service or we will be leaving within the 30 days
