My account was difficult to work with due to things outside Elan's control and took seeking corporate assistance to address my request. Elan stayed with us about an hour and a half after the store closed to make sure I was satisfied and understood my plan. He made sure we stayed hydrated by getting bottled waters. He understood when I had to take breaks because the location smelled like the nail salon next door and I am pregnant. He never showed an issue with having to catch me up to the conversation he had with my husband. Great customer service and will definitely come back for future needs.
