This store’s customer service is so bad it’s almost comical. I came in to buy an iWatch and left wanting to not be a customer at all.
I went across the street to T-Mobile and made the switch. 100% different vibe and honestly saved a couple bucks

Pretty great experience. Very straight forward guy(Andrew) helped out, quite knowledgeable. Answered every question I had. Received the first bill after transferring from another phone company, and had no surprises. Even received the credit for trade in pretty fast and no issues.

Be aware when you choose to come to store as they do not stay true to their words. Please refer to my photos attached to this statement. On 12/2/2025, the Verizon store had an advertisement outside stating “Bring your phone bill, we’ll beat it.” I brought in my T-Mobile bill showing that I paid $204 a month in which they quoted me $256 a month. Over $50 more than my current bill, making it false advertisement. I was willing to pay more because I wanted to try out a new service but since my T-Mobile bill was already paid until 12/21/2025, I didn’t want to port over until then. Verizon told me that I could come back on the 21st to do the port but needed my social security number beforehand to run a credit check and place me into their system in order to give me free activation and the first months charge on them since I brought my own device and didn’t have to buy a phone from them. They gave me a few papers to sign, in which they stated that they it was simply just consent to give them the right to run a credit check, but it was truly a consent form. On 12/13/2025, I received a $663 bill from Verizon. I brought it to their store and asked why I hadn’t used their services yet, haven’t ported my number yet, and how it was not the 21st yet but already got charged. They told me that they’d credit my bill so that I wouldn’t have to pay. I asked for a form of proof for this statement and told the manager that I no longer felt comfortable switching over because of the false bill they charged me. He then stated that he’d only give me the receipt to credit the bill if I came back on the 21st to switch to Verizon, otherwise he wouldn’t provide me with any form of proof. I felt immense pressure from their customer service. I went ahead and dialed Verizon, to see if they could help me cancel the porting number over because the store refused to do it. I then found out that on 12/2/2025, they lied to me and already started porting over on the 2nd. The service I had received from this store was unacceptable. I got charged $663 from 12/2 to 12/13 without ever having even used their services solely because they told me to sign documents that weren’t what they said they were and constantly cornering me into using their services.
