    This review in its entirety Is a tremendous thank you to Mike the store manager of 6515 West Loop 1604 Verizon Inc. Corporate location. As well as a glowing recommendation for a promotion to the TOP. To whom at Verizon this may concern… TLDR I want start this off by saying I’ve had the worst customer experience one could possibly obtain with Verizon wireless services. Up to an including multiple devices added to my account when I don’t have them, and over $560 of monthly charges unexplainable and when argued or refused, my service was turned off then money was auto drafted from my account without my Permission. I was with Verizon from April 3, 2024 until about a week ago. Back in the day, Verizon used to be a company So highly regarded if you weren’t with “the phone company” you went with Verizon. Needless to say, it’s not the same anymore much like everything else we experienced in our lives it’s been made shorter streamlined and to cost less for the business owners, and yes, at the consumers expense. One thing I can appreciate more than any situation negative or positive that I’ve gone through is human interaction. When I tell you, the store manager, Mike was Cut from a different cloth integrity, professionalism, and experience speak volumes. I think it’s safe to say that all of us are OK dealing with shitty situations If good people are at the end of them willing to help willing to understand and willing to share empathy for us. That man is Mike. If you have a problem with Verizon I’d urge you to travel as far as you need to reach Mike and let him help you because when your problem is faced with team effort, understanding and genuine concern like Mike showed me, results occur. Mike is a man of action. Mike is a leader. Mike is somebody who needs to be well above the store position. And that is because he is here for us, our concerns, and our problems. He eloquently greeted me at the door, understood the urgency and frustration that I had, and rather than just checking me in, sat down immediately to assist me. It made me feel as if anything else going on in the store was just as important as what I was dealing with. Even though I’m no longer a customer of Verizon and I probably never will be; I will always be a customer of Mike’s. Mike, thank you and I hope our paths cross again! God Bless You

    Arian was absolutely friendly, accommodating, and willing to share the facts as well as his professional opinion. Usually walking into a cell phone store feels daunting however he made it a lighthearted experience. We are absolutely grateful for the experience he was able to provide.

    Arian was super cool & helpful!!! We switched over from T-Mobile and he made the process very easy. Was so nervous we’d be here for hours, but the whole thing was super simple and walked us through the autopay and everything! Highly recommend coming here and asking for him
