Absolutely avoid this location. Terrible representation of Verizon.

Honestly, the experience has been a total nightmare of incompetence and constant frustration right from day one. If you can avoid this company, run! The trouble started immediately. Carlos at this location set up my account wrong along with another representative (did not get his name) there at the store when I turned in my old devices the next day. This cause a whole month of headaches that aren't even fully fixed yet. My old phones weren't tracked correctly, and even after I contacted support three separate times, I got nowhere. They finally had to open an escalation ticket, which forced me to wait an additional two weeks just for someone to attempt a resolution. Also, if you state you don't want the protection added confirm it's not added, because they'll entice you with "6 months free" after declining and your statements will not reflect this. This just added more that needed to be fixed.
