  Definitely keep every single receipt from here, i got charged so many fees that i am having to fight back on, because i know the equipment was returned and i kept all the receipts thank goodness, but this location is not good at keeping track of things.

  I had an amazing experience with Verizon recently. My old phone was giving me a lot of trouble, and instead of trying to upsell me or make things complicated, the staff actually helped me find a much better deal — getting a brand new phone for less than it would’ve cost to fix my old one! They were patient, honest, and really took the time to explain my options. I left feeling confident, satisfied, and grateful for the great customer service. It’s rare to find a company that truly looks out for its customers like that. Highly recommend Verizon — they really go above and beyond!
