Immediately greeted when I walked in, no need to be directed by other customers. The gentleman directing customers with the iPad saw I was just turning in a device and said I didn’t need to wait for my appointment. He took my device, did a quick once over, and went and got me a confirmation I had turned it in. All in less time than it took to even be greeted at the location at the Rim. The entire staff at that store should be brought to this location to be shown how it’s done.
