Since December we have had issues, with the box. Went to a different store just to find out Andrew gave us an old box and dated it that it was in our account for over six months and we JUST got this service. Yesterday we open the ”FREE” tv box just to find out its cracked. Called 611 yesterday for the internet and now today because of the TV. DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM ANDREW! He doesnt help at all, just wants the commission.
