After being misled and lied to by sales rep Roman—which caused significant stress and inconvenience—I made it clear to management that I did not want to deal with him again. Despite this, manager Steve still assigned Roman to handle my case, completely disregarding my concerns. This lack of accountability and respect for customer feedback is unacceptable. I expected much better from Verizon, both in terms of honesty and customer care. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

DO NOT USE VERIZON unless you love horrible and poor customer service!

As I walked in a woman left saying “good luck” I sat there for two and a half hours as employees each came to help, almost non of which were capable of anything Verizon. There were up to 15 people there waiting at a time all while employees took personal calls, selfies and breaks outside. One woman and the manager, who was beyond rude got into an augment. The manager called the police and lied to them about what happened. I know because I was there longer than the woman and heard it all. Avoid at all costs.
