Immensely disappointed, went in December to this store to get my girlfriend phone fixed, Andrew Gutierrez convinced us to get home internet and a free tv. Since December we have had issues, with the box. Went to a different store just to find out Andrew gave us an old box and dated it that it was in our account for over six months and we JUST got this service. Yesterday we open the ”FREE” tv box just to find out its cracked. Called 611 yesterday for the internet and now today because of the TV. DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM ANDREW! He doesnt help at all, just wants the commission.

After being offered by an agent in my building, internet services for 20.00 per month, since I receive government aids per my income, and qualified for the low payment, now they charge me over $110.00 , interrupted my service and don't transfer my call to a manager. DO NOT USE VERIZON unless you love horrible and poor customer service!
