    I am experiencing significant and ongoing coverage issues inside my home. I visited the store to ask whether these issues had been resolved, and the only guidance provided was to contact Support. I understand that coverage challenges may be outside the store’s control, but the lack of a priority network option has been disappointing. As a result of these persistent issues, I was unfortunately forced to switch to AT&T after missing numerous important business calls and emails due to unreliable Verizon service. I also experienced two incidents while driving where I was unable to access directions on my phone. Although my watch attempted to provide assistance, it relies on the phone connection, making it unusable in those moments.

    Horrible service. I was in the store for 45 minutes and was finally greeted. I asked why I skipped and the short lady with red hair was rude.

    I would also like to add as of 21 Jan 2026 the service of my phone sucks! Like right now 90% of apps and websites won't load when using data this also happens when i go to church in Cibolo! I'll be switching carrier's soon! I went to Verizon on 14 June 25 to get my daughter a new phone, her iPhone 12 battery life was bad. We got the new phone and the salesman said, you can keep the old phone and we will give you a number for free. Im like she really doesn't need a second phone, he was like but its free why not, I said but why thst males no sense free phone line, what's the catch? He said no catch it helps make the company look like it has more customers, good for the stockholders etc. So we agreed and now I'm noticing thst I've been paying around $50 a month for that phone! I canceled to line and called Verizon, they were supposed to waiver December bill and possibly the last 6 months, never happened! Sucks, lie to you and rob you blind!

    If you want to be treated like crap and wait around for hours for someone to help, then this is the place to come. I made a purchase online to pick up in store. Paid for it. Came by to pick it up the next day, and told me to come back in 30 minutes. 2 hours later, still nothing. They had the phones in stock but seems like if you are not there to give them commission, they won't help you out. They told me to come back when I get notified. Left the store, contacted online support and they told me it was because they had to check for fraud before they can release it. Thats fine, if that's the process, but why couldn't they just tell me that instead making my daughter and I wait for 2 HOURS! So wait few more days for them to just cancel my order. They never notified me to pick it up. "Because your order wasn't picked up, we've canceled your order and started your refund. You should see a credit on your credit/debit card within 72 hours" I don't know how a corporate office has such bad customer support. Pretty upset they cancelled my order after 4 days of waiting for it. Such a bad experience.
