I suggest going before 5pm if possible. The staff is great but the after work rush is a bit much. The wait times can get stretched. They are very helpful and will get you sorted.

Went in to upgrade my phones the employee that was helping was not useful at all had to repeat things more than once for them to still get it wrong. The manager was just as useful as the staff member helping . Also the lack of knowledge they have on products they are selling is mind boggling.

I went in today with a issue I’ve been having with my phone and got the best customer service from Joscelynn who turned a negative into a positive experience and even went out of her way to help my parents as well. This was something I’ve been putting off and now I feel ready for 2026- Thank you!

The thing I love is a good sales person. One that can listen and understand the situation. The answer to every problem is a new phone. That's how everyone gets paid if you don't get that then you should only deal with customer service and online department because you obviously don't need service. But a good sales person can find that perfect phone for you
