The thing I love is a good sales person. One that can listen and understand the situation. The answer to every problem is a new phone. That's how everyone gets paid if you don't get that then you should only deal with customer service and online department because you obviously don't need service. But a good sales person can find that perfect phone for you

There are only two people actually working in the store. However we know someone is in the back because he made an appearance However he wouldn’t come out and help the other people get the line down. They also didnt have anyone in the back to pack orders that were already processed for pickup.

EDIT 2: Apparently the grown iPad kid I encountered was the manager, Carlos. This location will only treat you well if you’re a commission earning customer. Keep that in mind. Carlos and his team are a stain on Verizon, shop accordingly.
Hey so I just needed to drop off a trade in device. I’ve walked into stores before to do this and been in and out in less than five minutes. I’ve been standing around, with three people in line in front of me, for ten minutes now. One dude is just standing on his iPad watching everyone wait and work. Is that needed? I should’ve switched service when I had the chance.
EDIT: to clarify; I love that everyone gets personalized service. Staff for it. Otherwise when you have all of your staff members busy with long transactions, you have someone dedicated to short, quick ones. When I asked iPad guy to help me out, I saw that each person on the list had an estimated time for assistance next to their name. Everyone before me was double digits and iPad man just said “we have to go in order”. He couldn’t explain what he was doing to help the line move quickly. What a terrible experience all around.

*update*
Service was fine and we got our phones. But, since I didn’t have a trade-in phone, I was offered to get two of their streaming packages included in our plan at no cost for 3 years. All I had to do is go back to the store once I got our phones and get that done.
I got our phones, went back to the store, and was given a run around that Mike says it may not be possible for some reason. He gave me his business number so I can inquire for an update, but I’ve been ignored for weeks. Ridiculous that I was promised that service but then when I came back it’s as if they thought I was making this up.
Update Oct 24 2025: they commented on this post to “escalate”, but again, zero communication from them and I am still being ignored. What a way to treat your customers and what was promised.
