This is the best experience I’ve had in a Verizon store, hands down. Thanks to Mr Kalani Albarico who resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes in this store in San Antonio. Prior to this, It took 3 people and across 2 states for an issue with a new phone that went unresolved. Call failures and unable to receive calls on the new IPhone 17 Pro after an upgrade and trade in. Until, at the end of my work day, I walked in to this store in San Antonio briefly explained the issue and Kalani got to the bottom of it in a matter of minutes. He was patient, kind and professional

I would not recommend this location if you’re seeking help with an issue. While my technical problem was eventually resolved, the experience was overshadowed by the condescending attitude of the representative.
I explained the issue and mentioned how it had been resolved by Verizon in the past. The rep responded, “You’ve tried your way and it didn’t work—now let’s try my way.” His method did work.
When I then asked why the previous method no longer works, he replied, “When you have a problem like a cough or a headache, you should Google it. It’ll tell you to try Advil or ibuprofen.”
This response felt dismissive and unnecessary. I wasn’t questioning his expertise—I was asking a reasonable follow-up so I could understand the change and avoid future issues.
I expect professionalism and respect from customer service, especially after an issue has already been resolved. Because of this experience, I will be canceling my Verizon services, including my business accounts, and would encourage others to do the same.
