After many expensive years, I made the switch to Verizon. Jocelynn, who helped me make the switch, was extremely helpful. She was patient, diligent in finding me the best deals to save money, and most of all very, kind. She sets a very high bar for customer service. Have had the privilege of working with Kalani Albarico on two occasions to straighten out a Verizon billing error. Both times he called Verizon Customer Service regarding some returned equipment, which can be a very frustrating experience. But on both occasions, Kalani remained calm and professional.
He was finally able to get the situation straight with customer service and get us he credit for the returned equipment today. If you ever need someone to help you at Verizon, please ask for Kalani Albarico. He is great to work with.

My husband and I went to Verizon this weekend and we are excited to share our great experience! We initially went in to see if we could upgrade our existing phones and after visiting with Effie, who listened to understand our lifestyle, she reviewed our existing plan and because she knew the various plans Verizon had to offer, she made recommendations to modify our plan to better suit an elderly couple’s needs. Because of Effie’s exceptional patience, customer service and sales skills, we were able to get two new iPhone 16s, the newest iPad on the market, keep our existing phones and iPad so our grandchildren can use them when they come to visit, not to mention all of the cool accessories needed to go along with the new phones. My husband and I were not only blessed to have Effie working with us, but Garrett stepped in when he could see I was having trouble comprehending the various payment plans. He explained it all to me in a way I could understand and shared other promotions going on in the store with us as well. I think I see an Apple Watch in my future and we will definitely make an appointment with Effie to purchase it. We had a few follow up questions for Effie the next day and had the pleasure of meeting Stephen who provided a wealth of information and we couldn’t help but notice how personable he was, not only with us, but with other customers as well. I hope this review is escalated to Senior Management so they understand what assets Effie, Garrett and Stephen are to the Verizon Cellular Sales Team and how they fully exemplify the Service/Sales culture the organization expects of them.
