  My cat of 8 years was sick and died on my way over to this place. It was one of the hardest times of my life. I still have deep regrets I should have taken my friend there earlier. She died on the way over and I didn’t know. I was crying in a waiting room while they immediately received her and then later informed me she passed. Instead of trying to find a way to charge me something like most places would, they didn’t charge me one cent and wrapped her up for me to take home and bury. I can’t recommend this place enough, they clearly actually care.

  Not much of an urgent care. Recommend you call ahead to schedule a time since they turned us away but did offer if we wanted to come back many hours later. Don't drive there without a phone call first. Also, the place was completely dead with no staff so we had a weird first impression to walk in and kind of do the "hello, hello" kind of thing until someone walked in and asked if we needed help. Not my top choice.

  I took my dog there just this morning because of an incident that happened at doggy daycare. Katie was extremely loving right when we walked in and she absolutely loved my dog Cooper. Everyone was extremely kind, hospitable and helpful. They were very honest and gave me a few options to chose from so the vet bill wouldn’t be as expensive unlike other places who charge you a pretty penny for something so small. I also appreciated how clean the facility was, and again the people working there. Highly recommend!!

  This was our first visit to this urgent care, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return if needed. Our baby boy, Otis, wasn’t feeling well, and from the moment we walked in, we felt truly cared for. Katie recognized us right away just from our phone call before arriving, which immediately made us feel at ease. She was incredibly kind and kept us updated throughout the visit, and the vet and entire staff treated Otis as if he were their own. The office and exam rooms were spotless, and the availability of snacks and drinks was thoughtful. The vet took the time to thoroughly explain everything, reviewed pricing upfront, and allowed us to be fully involved in deciding on the best treatment plan. We truly can’t say enough good things about this urgent care and highly recommend it to anyone needing compassionate, professional care for their pet.

  We brought our sweet Smudge in after suddenly becoming sick and discovered his liver was failing, they gave us the resources to try to bring him back to health but it was too late. Today they helped us say goodbye and I have nothing but good things to say about the kind staff here. They gave us the facts and let us have time to discuss before euthenizing. They let us say our goodbyes and allowed me to hold my sweet boy during the process and after. I have no doubt they had his best interest at heart and treated him with care and dignity. From the vet, to the technicians and the people working the front desk they all showed incredible compassion and care for my sweet boy. My heart is broken but I will never regret trusting VCA to help bring him peace.
