She was realistic with the wait time and kept us updated about what was going on. Dr. DeBoe was also super nice and gentle with my pups rear end. She didn't try to sell me on things that I didn't need for my dog just for the money. She took into consideration his heart murmur and took the necessary precautions for it. I highly recommend this place for urgent care needs.

Used their triage on the website to discuss payment options prior to arrival and was told they offered Scratchpay. When I came in and had my dog evaluated I was told that to use Scratchpay, I would have to apply and be denied for Carecredit. This makes no sense logically as they are two separate payment options/companies. Clearly voiced my disdain with employees since I was not told this was the policy for that specific form of payment. I should not have to apply and/or risk the hard inquiry for my pet to be completely cared for the day of And unfortunately, was unable to pay for the full care plan. Of all the different clinics I’ve brought my dog to over the years, I have never heard of such a thing. It comes off very money hungry…Be aware of this before coming in if you expect to use this form of payment.
