I work overnight shifts at Amazon (1:20 AM–11:30 AM) and could not leave her without a way to contact anyone in case of an emergency. This was about safety, not shopping. I was told activation would take 10–15 minutes. It took over an hour, and then I was told it would take another hour to an hour and a half. During that waiting time, I had another appointment I could not miss, so I paid for an Uber to leave and come back, trusting that the phone would be set up when I returned like they said it would be. When I came back, nothing was ready. The phone still was not activated. I had now: • Lost hours of sleep • Lost my Uber ride and money • Had to walk back and forth • And still had no working phone for my wife There was no urgency, no clear communication, and no respect for my time or situation. If they had been honest about how long this would really take, I would have gone somewhere else. This experience added stress, cost me money, and completely failed to resolve the emergency I came in for. Phones are critical for family safety, and this store treated it like it didn’t matter. I would not recommend this location to anyone who needs fast or reliable service.
