And does not correctly train their employees.So you will get screwed out of rewards and insurance. My husband's phone out of nowhere went black and stayed black. So we believe we still had rewards and insurance. Do one of their employees , it completely eliminated everything that we established. This is so frustrating and disappointing so that this would be a pretty good company due to their connection with verizon.
