  Very disappointing experience at this location. I was given a clear quote for a multi-phone iPhone 16 e deal at another Total Wireless store, so I know the pricing exists. This store refused to match it and instead offered higher prices with fewer phones. They also tried to add services and extras I didn’t ask for, rather than simply honoring the original offer. That’s not a misunderstanding — that’s inconsistent and misleading sales behavior. I’d recommend visiting a different Total Wireless store if you want straightforward pricing and an honest transaction.

  One star because this location is misleading customers. I was quoted a specific deal for multiple iPhone 13s at another Total Wireless store, so I know the offer is real. When I came to this location, they refused to honor it, gave completely different pricing, and tried to limit the number of phones on the account. On top of that, they kept pushing extras I never asked for instead of giving me exactly what I needed. This isn’t a system issue — it’s this store choosing not to be honest. If you want transparent pricing, go to a different Total Wireless location. This one wastes your time.

  Abby is the best. I feel like he should be made store owner. Great customer service. I bought 8 iphones 13 for a very reasonable price. Will comeback to buy more.

  Hey, I went into the store to require information and there were two gentleman. They helped me with my phone situation and I bought 4 phones from them.
