- AMAnnette McconnellJun 7, 20251.0FRIDGE FREEZING IN BOTTOM BINS OF FRIDGE AND NOT COOLING PAST 60 IN THE FRIDGE. Heres the story. The first and only visit, the G.S. repair guy came here, dusted the back of the fridge and said to defrost it (Its Frost Free BTW) and it should set things right. I did and it didn't. I called G.S. again and made an appt for 6 days later, on a Friday. Got a call on Thursday and they moved it to 9 days later, due to unforeseen circumstances. All the while, I don't have a working refrigerator. Today was the day. Someone was supposed to come (finally) and I never heard a word. I called G.S. speaking with 4 or 5 different people who could only look at their screen and say he'd be here btwn 7 and 7. Got that at 830 a.m. and again at 3 pm. No one called or showed up. I want a refund of my initial payment since I have to start over. It was a diagnostic fee/service call and it wasn't diagnosed at all. I still don't know what's wrong with it. He just didnt want to tear apart my fridge. Hindsight is truly 20/20. WELL BEST BUY??? DO I GET MY REFUND???
