  Long story short it was a huge waste of money. They dont fix anything and charge you subscription for a year for $200. A literal complete waste of money. Go to XGamerPC. They have a 5 star review and ACTUALLY fix your stuff for a cheaper price than this crap.

  I went to the 6001 Northwest Loop 410 location. Blair in the cell phone area provided outstanding customer service. He knew immediately what I looking for. The item wasn't on display so he went to look for it. When he still couldn't locate it, he looked online. The computer said there were 2 in stock, so he went to check another place. That time, he was successful!! I checked out right there with him, no line or going to another location in the store. I truly appreciate his wonderful service.

  Absolutely worthless. I bought a Total Tech plan from the Best Buy Geek Squad on November 2. Between November 2 and November 24 three different "technicians" were dispatched to my home. None of them have the skills to repair a TV and instead tried to upsell a new TV. I spoke with a corporate rep who informed me that the Geek Squad in San Antonio does not have the skills to make repairs and that I would need to contact a third party to make the repair. This is fraud. I have filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's office and have canceled my contract.

  My laptop was not charging at all, they checked it and sent it to the manufacture for repairs. The process was so easy, I am bringing another computer to them that I've been super picky about who will work on it. 100% friendly and smart team. Gracias!
