A third party repair shop totally bricked my phone (when all it needed was a new battery), but I brought it into Geek Squad and Gabriel managed to miraculously revive it just long enough to back everything up. As soon as he was done, it died again. I think Gabriel might be the Jesus of phones?

So I needed a laptop asap since I got into engineering program, so I divided to buy the most powerful laptop they had in order to run the programs I needed. So from the get go I had problems with the battery and the top key's and I bought the insurance or the three year geek squad service and the free battery replacement. Since I had a busy schedule I couldn't go take it in for the necessary repairs but the last month before the insurance expired I took it in to have those done. They told me it would take a month and I complied but when I received the device I found that the the speakers weren't working properly and the battery hadn't been changed yet and the top keys weren't fixed. So I sent back to have everything fixed including the damaged speakers. So the third time I go the battery supposedly had been changed and speakers as well, which was a freaking lie and they tried to convince me that the speakers are working great when I have it maxed out and I could barely hear it and let me remind you these are dolby speakers! Avoid the trouble and don't buy insurance it's A SCAm!
