- MWMichael WilsonJul 16, 20225.0I was having some computer issues. I have a total protection plan with geek squad. I made an appointment online. I took it in explained what my issues were. They gave ma an appointment to come pick it up a few days later. They ran some diagnostics, did all necessary updates, removed temp files and did Defrag of hard drive. I picked it up and they fully explained what they found and how they corrected it. The total protection plan is like insurance, you may not need it but over the years i have found it to be worth having.
