  My Elderly Grandfather went in to this store today and tried to buy a new phone because his is damaged. They didn’t help him because he doesn’t know his PIN number being that he is 89 years old and they turned him away! I have been a Cricket customer for over 10 years now and I never remember my PIN number yet I always get a temporary one sent to my phone and I make a new PIN! Why in the heck couldn’t they send my grandfather a temporary PIN so he can make a new one and buy the new phone that he NEEDS! Y’all have no compassion and definitely don’t have any customer service skills! You pick and choose who you want to help! I sent my fam over to act like they forgot their PIN and they were helped regardless! Why the heck did you not help my elderly grandfather that needed to get a sitter to take care of my elderly grandmother so he can go into Cricket! You don’t know peoples situations therefore you need to learn how to be of great help for every single customer! You told my grandfather to call 611 for help, T-MOBILE??? You suck and I hope your store gets shut down! I will be calling corporate! You don’t even deserve a single star!!!
