  Muy mala experiencia el muchacho que está allí atiende a la gente de mala gana siempre no tiene cambio así se la pasa siempre diciendo que no tiene cambio hay gente que deja asta cuatro dólares porque el nunca tiene cambio que feo es eso mi pregunta es cuando la gente deja dinero porque no tiene cambio a quien le queda ese dinero

  There was a lady who used to work there she had glasses she was very rude she doesn't work there anymore but my whole issue is if I have to I have to reactivate my phone because I didn't pay my bill. But they charge you $5 as a customer assistance fee and where does that $5 go to the company why should I have to pay you to do your job?? Anyone???? I'll wait. So what you can do is call customer service cricket tell them you want to pay your bill but you can pay your bill physically at the store that you don't have to pay them that the customer service fee because you're talking to somebody at the same time through cricket customer service. That's how you can get around that $5 fee. I'm broke $5 is a lot of money.

  Muy mal servicio la verdad no me quedaron ganas de regresar aquí nunca tienen cambio y atienden de mal humor la señora que me atendió hoy no me regreso mi cambio cuando se lo pedí me echo de la tienda y me dijo que no tenia cambio fue muy grosera aparte que la tuve que esperar 20 minutos cuando en la puerta tenia una cartulina que decía que en 10 minutos regresaba.

  Do not go to this store, my daughter & I were I here asking about switching services when the worker was concentrated on more with her incoming calls then helping us! & it was her bf that was calling & having a argument whilewe were in the store! Then all of a sudden the bf appears at the store & I wasn't sure if what would've come of the situation, but I was scared for myself & my daughter's safety at that point & told my daughter for us to leave! Sadly, there is nobody we can report this too bc she is the manager! I mean he could've had a gun for all we know! Please be very aware when a young lady with red/orange hair is working!
