My husband and I went in to replace his phone and, of course, my husband had a few questions. The young man seemed so bothered by that. When my husband asked what the difference was between the Samsung & the Motorola, the kid simply said, “the brand.” WOW, this kid won’t even take the time & effort to make a sale. Definitely won’t be going back to that location.

He rushed me through my transaction and had an attitude, as well. This is not the first time that he has helped me. He has horrible customer service. If, he does not like his job; then he needs to find another one. Someone needs to remind him that if it were not for the consumer; he would be at home eating ramen and watching Dragon Ball Z.

I got there he says he wasn't called but he had phone ready and no case. While taking my money and setting up my phone he stopped what he was doing to help another customer so he had me waiting there longer. And he didn't set up my phone right. I had to go back to another store to fix his mistake of not setting up my Sim card right. I had to drive back from New Braunfels twice!!!!!!
