  They have tons of stuff but dont expect them to go lower on the prices. What their computer says is what they will only sell it for. So I guess they are not trying to get rid of products. They still want as close to full price as they can get.

  Prices to high for open box, $450 item scratched and opened only 50 to 70 off and no discussion on it. Buy new and avoid the hassle.

  I wish I could rate this lower than one star. I don’t typically write reviews but our experience with buying an appliance here has been terrible. We were told in the store all damage is disclosed, that was a lie. We were told that it could be returned quickly for any reason, that was a lie. We were told we could call them and trouble shoot questions, that was a lie you get sent to a call center. The delivery company is contracted (they were the only reasonable people we worked with in this process) the dishwasher was damaged in a way it could not be installed (again not the damage that was disclosed we were told it only had superficial damage with a dent). And now we have just had a giant broken peice of metal garbage sitting in the center of our house for 2 weeks becuse after we went through the process of FINALLY getting them to let us return it pick up couldn’t be set up for 4 days. Refund takes up to 10 days and we still may have to fight them for the installation fee because it was never installed but for some reason they say it was. DO NOT GO HERE. You should really only be shopping here if you know how to fix or evaluate these items, the people who work at the store DO NOT know or understand how to assess these items damage accurately. I will never get back the literal hours and hours of sitting on hold trying to get in touch with people throughout this process and being transferred around to different departments. Each issue that came up I would be talking to at-least 4 or more people at a call center and being placed on hold each time. One call literally took 2 hours and it was one of many I had to make that day about this item.

  This place is great! It threw me off because it looks like a warehouse and there aren't a lot of displays, but everything that's there is an open box return that you can purchase for a lower price. All of the labels tell you the condition. We ended up just ordering something new because we actually got to see the condition of the open box and decided against it. The Best Buy rep, John, helped us get the best possible deal on a new TV, which ships for free and is installed for free.
