Came upon this location unknowingly they closed early. Purchased $2,000+ laptop and looking for an Apple i14 phone case. BiG Guy with Best Buy rudely tells everyone to stop immediately what they were doing and get out of the store! Showed he didn't care one bit for customers paying for items. Never will return to this location again.

Would give zero stars if I could purchased a TV when I put up on wall the screen looked shattered. When I tried to return it all employees and manager included did nothing to help me as I did not "purchase" an extended warranty plan. I returned the same day trying to exchange, 300 dollars lost. Will never return to any best buy.

Came in looking to purchase a touchscreen stereo for my minivan. The employee took like 30 mins to finally acknowledge us only to not be able to really help us except tell us to research online to see what will work best for us. We ended up spending $400 on Amazon since we figured it out ourselves
